目的:建立HPLC方法测定尼群地平片的含量。
方法:采用Agilent C 18 ( 150 mm×4. 6 mm,5μm) 色谱柱,以乙腈-四氢呋喃-水(20∶24∶56)为流动相; 流速为1. 0 mL·min﹣1 ; 检测波长为237 nm ;柱温30℃。
结果:尼群地平在0. 02~0. 15 mg·mL-1 (0. 4~3. 0μg) 的范围内呈良好的线性关系,r = 0. 9999 ( n = 6),平均回收率为99. 9%,RSD = 0. 7% 。
结论: 建立的HPLC方法简便、准确,与其它方法比较具有明显的优越性。

HPLC determination of nitrendipine tablets
Abstract
Objective : To establish an HPLC method for determination of nitrendipine tablets.
Methods :Agilent C18 ( 150 mm × 4. 6 mm ,5μm) column ,acetonitrile-tetrahydrofuran-water ( 20 ∶ 24 ∶ 56) as the mobile phase ,The flow rate was 1. 0 mL·min -1 ,The detection wavelength was 237 nm and the column temperature at 30℃.
Results :The linear range of nitrendipine was obtained between
0. 02-0. 15 mg· mL-1(0. 4-3. 0μg) ,r = 0. 9999 ( n = 6) ,the average recovery was 99. 9% ,RSD = 0. 7 % .
Conclusion :The established HPLC method is simple ,par-ison with other methods have obvious advantages.

前言
尼群地平片为二氢吡啶类钙通道阻滞剂,能抑制血管平滑肌和心肌的跨膜钙离子内流,但以血管作用为主,本品引起冠状动脉及全身血管的扩张,产生降压作用,适用于各种类型的高血压患者,临床应用广泛。本品由德国拜尔公司于上世纪60年代首次合成并上市,国内于上世纪70年代开始生产。除中国药典(2005 )[1]收载外,欧洲药典( 2008)[2]、英国药典(2008)[3]及日本药典V[4]均有收载。本文参照文献资料[2 ~4]建立了本品简便、准确的HPLC含量测定方法,并与铈量法及紫外法的测定结果进行比较。
