摘要
零件的工艺编制,在机械加工中占有非常重要的地位,零件工艺编制得合不合理,这直接关系到零件最终能否达到质量要求;夹具的设计也是不可缺少的一部分,它关系到能否提高其加工效率的问题。因此这两者在机械加工行业中是至关重要的环节。本次设计是在学完机械制图、、机械制造技术基础、机械制造装备等专业课后,掌握了一定的专业知识。把所学的理论知识综合地运用在实际工艺、夹具设计中。
本次设计的是减速箱箱体上的孔6-13锪平30的加工工艺以及夹具的设计,在编制加工工艺时,要考虑到孔的各项精度以及形状与位置公差等。
在设计加工孔6-13锪平30的专用夹具时,以箱体底面为基准,通过“C”形钳将箱盖和箱座联结,并以定位销将其定位。为了缩短辅助时间,采用了可换钻套,钻模板左端采用一铰链使其翻转,右端也用铰链和一开口垫圈,用螺母进行联结。这样能很快将箱体放入夹具体上,减轻工人劳动强度,大大提高生产率,提高效益。

关键词:工艺、基准、辅助时间、定位、形位公差。
ABSTRACT
The craft establishment of ponents, holds the very important status in the machine-finishing,. whether ponents craft establishes are reasonable or not have a direct relation to ponents to achieve the final quality requirement ; The jig’s design is also an essential part. it relate to whther it will improve its processing efficiency or these two in the machine-finishing profession are the very important design prehensive apply the craft theory and the practice knowledge we learned to the actual craft and the jig design after studied some specialized knowledge about the machine manufacture technology, the mechanical drawing, the machine manufacture equipments design and so on 。
This design is about the processings craft of the 6-13aperture on the decelerator box body and the jig’s design, the aperture has a very high processing craft requirement when processing it , so during establish the processing craft ,we must consider every precision of the aperture , the shape ,the Location tolerance and so on 。 When design the special clamp of the aperture 6-13 , take the boxbody bottom surface as a benchmark, combine the lid of the box and the pedestal of the box with the “c”type pliers , and localized with positioning order to reduce the assistant time, use the changeable drill sheath, on the left of the drill template we use a gemel to turn it , also ues a gemel and a open gasket on the right side , bined with the this it will quickly put the box body onto the clamp body, reduce the labour intensity, gr
