摘要
信息化是当今世界社会发展的大趋势。信息技术的快速发展使教育方式发生
了重大改变,教育面临着有史以来最为深刻的变革:教育信息化。以多媒体技术
和网络通讯技术为基础的教育信息化的目的就是加强数字化校园建设,实现校园
网络化、办公自动化、教学信息化。当前,由于国内各高校在数字化建设初期缺
乏对该项工程的有效规划和前瞻性,未能有效的结合学校自身特点和教学需求;
在投入了大量的人力、物力等有限资源后,所建成的数字化校园平台上运行的各
应用系统相互孤立,无法真正的实现教育的全面信息化。
本文首先介绍了国内外高校数字化校园建设、研究现状、建设趋势和建设模
式,结合我校草堂校区数字化校园建设的内外部需求并加以分析,通过大量的调
研,明确提出草堂校区数字化校园规划建设的指导思想、建设目标、原则;其次
系统的阐述了数字校园基础平台建设、应用系统建设等方案。
本人参与了西安建筑科技大学草堂校区数字化校园相关建设,对建设过程中
存在的问题提出了相关的探讨和建议,借以希望能够不断的推动我校的信息化建
设,真正的实现利用先进的信息化手段和工具,将现实校园的所有信息资源进行
统一的、科学的组织与管理,拓展现实校园的时间和空间纬度。

ABSTRACT
Informatization is the general trend of social development today. The rapid
development of information technology makes a major change in the way of education;
education is facing the most profound change ever, which is Educational
Informatization. Educational Informatization which based on multimedia technology
munication technology, and its purpose is to strengthen the
construction of digital campus in order to carry forward the realization of campus
network, office automation and teaching informatization. Currently, due to the lack of
effective planning and forward-looking of the project at the beginning of the digital
construction, domestic colleges and universities fail to bine their own
characteristics with their teaching demand. These colleges have invested a lot of
manpower and material and other limited resources, but each application running on the
digital campus platform is isolated from each other; education cannot really achieve
comprehensive informatizaton.
