半固定式矫治装置治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征疗效观察
【摘要】目的: 观察上颌牙合垫加Ⅱ类牵引下颌前移口腔矫治器治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)的疗效。方法: 使用上颌牙合垫加Ⅱ类牵引下颌前移口腔矫治器治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者42例,3个月后复查主观症状、多导睡眠图(PSG)。结果: %,鼾声、睡眠憋醒、白日嗜睡症状明显好转。治疗前、后患者呼吸暂停指数、低通气指数、最低血氧饱和度指标变化差异有统计学意义(P<)。结论: 上颌牙合垫加Ⅱ类牵引下颌前移口腔矫治器是治疗OSAS的较好新方法。

[Abstract] Objective: To observe the efficacy of oral appliance(OA)of supramaxillary bite plate and mandibular antedisplacement with class Ⅱ traction to treat the obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS).Methods: Forty two patients were treated with OA of supramaxillary bite plate and mandibular antedisplacement with class Ⅱ rational symptom and polysomnogram(PSG)were rechecked after three months. Results: The tolerant rate of OA of supramaxillary bite plate and mandibular antedisplacement with class Ⅱ traction and affiliated statistical patients was %. The symptoms such as feeling oppressed and awake from sleep followed snore, daytime lethargy were improved or disappeared
. They became better obviously after treatment. Conclusion: OA of supramaxillary bite plate and mandibular antedisplacement with class Ⅱ traction was a better new method to OSAS.
