随着以网络经济、速度经济和知识经济为主要特征的新经济时代的来临,知识资
源在企业经济收益中日显重要。在这种情况下,企业尤其是制造企业不得不重新审视
自身的资源观,加强对知识资源的管理。
本文以采用虚拟组织方式实现敏捷制造的制造企业(在本文中称为敏捷虚拟企业)
为研究对象,着重研究其知识体系的构建和知识更新过程。主要研究内容如下:
首先,通过分析敏捷虚拟企业的知识特点,构建了以敏捷虚拟企业生命周期维、
知识层次类别维和业务流程维为主体的敏捷虚拟企业三维知识体系。阐述了三个维度
各阶段、各层次和各流程所涉及的相关知识。
随后,在参考已有研究的基础上,提出了依据企业核心竞争力来识别核心知识的
具体方法,并将所识别的核心知识按照面向对象的思想进行封装,以此奠定敏捷虚拟
企业知识共享的基础。
接着,在详细分析敏捷虚拟企业的知识共享环境和知识交换过程后,从战略联盟
层、知识选择层、共享知识库、知识应用层四个层面描述了敏捷虚拟企业知识共享模
型,并介绍了促进知识共享的具体措施。
最后,以规则类知识为例,在分析规则类知识结构的基础上,研究了敏捷虚拟企
业基于粗糙集的知识获取以及所获知识如何实现及时更新的相关过程。提出规则类知
识的表示及存储方法,以及通过支持度、可信度、属性覆盖度的函数评价法和定时地
将特殊知识向一般知识转化来实现新知识的及时引入和旧知识的及时遗忘,最终实现
知识更新的过程。最后的案例计算表明,本论文所提出的方法有效、实用。

Abstract
Along with new economical time’ ing, which takes work economy, the
speed economy and the knowledge economy as main characteristics, the knowledge
resources e more and more important in economic e of enterprise. In this
situation, the enterprise especially the manufacturing enterprise has to consider its point
view of resources and has to strengthen the knowledge management.
This paper searches on the construction of knowledge system and the knowledge
renewal process of the manufacturing enterprise which realizing agile manufacture by
anization (in this paper, this kind of enterprise is called agile virtual enterprise).
The main content of this paper is as follows:
Firstly, by analyzing the characteristics of agile virtual enterprise's knowledge, this
paper constructs its knowledge system which takes life cycle of agile virtual enterprise,
knowledge layer and business process as the three latitudes, and then elaborates the related
knowledge in each stage, each level and each flow involved in these three latitudes.
Secondly, base on the reference research, this paper gives out the method about how to
distinguish the core knowledge according to the method of distinguishing petitive
power, and proposes sealing the core knowledge
