预变性神经移植促进神经再生的动物实验

摘要:目的通过兔腓总神经不同时限预变性神经移植,从组织学、免疫组织细胞化学、电生理、超微结构等多方面对神经功能恢复进行探讨. 方法家兔42只分为A,B,C,D,E,F,G7组:A,B,C,D,E,F组分别为预变性0,4,7,14,21和28d移植组,G组动物双侧腓总神经分别作新鲜神经移植和预变性神经移植. 结果 2wk预变性神经移植与新鲜神经移植相比可显著降低轴突再生起初延迟期(~),提高神经生长速度(~・d-1 ),促进N-MCV(~・s-1 ),增进轴突通过率(%~91%).组织学观察预变性2wk再生轴突比新鲜神经移植组成熟,髓鞘化程度高而且早. 结论预变性2wk神经移植无论在质和量上均优于新鲜神经移植,.

Abstract:AIM To explore the effect of predegenerated nerve grafting on nerve We re-viewed nerve regeneration of different period predegenerated graftting through histological;immunocytochemical;electron micoscopic and electrophysiological rabbits were divided into7experimental groups for different periods(0,4,7,14,21,28d)of nerve A,B,C,D,E,F groups,both sides of the rabbit peroneal nerve were cut and allowed to undergo predegn
eration for0,4,7,14,21,28days;a10mm segment was used as an autologous nerve graft and transposed to a10mm long nerve defect on the con-tralateral G group,the left side(Predegenerated nerve graft for14d)pared to the right side(Fresh nerve graft).RESULTS Graftting predegenerated for14days shortened significantly the initial delay period of axonal regeneration(~),accelerated the axonal grow rate(~・d-1 ),increased the quantity of re-generated axon,and raised nerve muscle conduct velocity(~・s-1 )than fresh nerve grafts,also ma-tured earlier and better than ones for fresh nerve ┐CLUSION Grafts degenerated for14days can enhance sig-nificantly nerve regeneration than fresh nerve grafts,then grafts degenerated degenerated for4and21days can also enhance axonal regeneration is suggested that grafts degenerated can provide better opportu-nity for axonal growth.
