超音速火焰喷涂枪的研究

摘要利用理论分析与实验相结合的方法,在比较和借鉴国外相近喷枪的基础上,对喷枪结构参数进行了选择,对喷枪的实际性能进行了估算。将在此基础上设计出的喷枪进行点火试验,得到的实测值与估算值吻合得很好。这证明了喷枪的结构设计合理,性能的估算比较准确。从而为设计和改进喷枪结构,提高喷枪的性能提供了可靠的理论依据。

Abstract In this paper, the structural parameters of the studied gun have been chosen and the property of the gun has also been evaluated. All these are based on bination of experiments with theoretical analysis and parison of the like. The gun made from these data was subject to igniting experiments and its result shows that there is a good relationship between the measured and the expected value. This proves that the design of the thermal spray gun is reasonable and the evaluation of the gun property parable precise. This provides a reliable theoretical accordance to
improve the gun structure and its behavior.

超音速火焰喷涂是热喷涂技术中的一种新兴技术。它的正式命名是高速氧—燃料喷涂或高速火焰喷涂(High Velocity Oxygen—Fuel,即HVOF)。在80年代初,美国Browning Engineering公司首次推出一种高速火焰喷枪,名为Jet Kote。它一出现便立即得到了人们的关注。这种喷涂方法因具有很高的粒子撞击速度,而使得涂层结合强度、硬度、致密性、耐磨性都得到了改善。它为形成高质量的涂层提供了一种可靠的手段。此项技术的开发带动了材料和设备在此方面的发展。这一技术在国外的某些领域已得到成功
