不均匀锈蚀钢筋力学性能试验研究

摘要
学者研究锈蚀钢筋力学性能大部分采用了电化学加速锈蚀方法,但大部分钢筋锈蚀
为均匀锈蚀,实际工程中钢筋接近保护层的一侧锈蚀严重,背离面锈蚀较轻,甚至不存
在锈蚀。另外,大部分学者只是截取部分锈蚀钢筋,实际钢筋沿长度锈蚀程度不同,个
别部位出现锈坑,锈蚀最严重截面一般较早达到抗拉极限,出现断裂。本试验通过合理
的试验方案得到与实际更加接近的锈蚀钢筋,并分析钢筋沿长度方向质量锈蚀率的分布
规律,判定锈蚀钢筋其中某小段质量锈蚀率的最大值与整根钢筋的质量锈蚀率之间关
系,寻求比平均质量锈蚀率更合理的锈蚀率评定参数;通过拉伸试验,建立钢筋微段质
量锈蚀率与不均匀锈蚀钢筋的力学性能的关系,将钢筋质量锈蚀率微段化,总结出不均
匀锈蚀钢筋的力学性能锈蚀影响参数。

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF MECHANICAL PROPERTIES
OF NON-UNIFORMCORROSION STEEL BARS

ABSTRACT
The study of scholars most adopted electrochemical accelerate corrosion method, but
most of the corrosion of reinforcement became uniform corrosion. In actual engineering, the
side close to protective layer rusting seriously and the other side the rust corrosion even does
not exist. Most scholars just research one part of the whole bar while actually along the length
the rate of steel corrosion is variation and it has many rust pits. The most rusting serious
sections often achieve tensile limit earlier to appear fracture. The paper will through
experiment to get corrosion steel bars which are consistent with the reality. The paper analyze
the rates of corrosion vary along the length and analyze the relationship between the max rate
and the average rate of corrosion to find more suitable parameters to evaluate corrosion. The
thesis by tensile test finds the relationship between the rate of the quality corrosion and the
mechanical properties of the non-uniform corrosion of steel bars. In this way the rate of
reinforced quality corrosion divides into micro period to summarize affect corrosion
parameters of the non-uniform corrosion steel bars.
