中心镇向小城市演变中的公共交通规划

摘要
张浦镇是昆山市的城市副中心,千灯镇是昆山市南部四座水乡古镇(周庄、
锦溪、淀山湖、千灯)的中心镇,不久都将发展成为小城市。现公共交通已具雏
形。依靠公共交通推进城市化进程,两镇均编制了公共交通发展规划。论文介绍
了公交规划编制的指导思想、发展目标,以及公交线路布设的技术路线、基本思
路和公交主体规划中站点设置、车辆配备、场厂建设等主要内容。

Abstract
Zhangpu as the sub-center in Kunshan,and Qiandeng as the central town of
Zhouzhuang, Jingxi, Dianshanhu and Qiangdeng, will develop into small cities before
long. At present, their public transport systems are fledglings. Based on the process of
urbanization driven by public transport, the planning for the development of public
transport is devised by them. The thesis mainly demonstrates the guidelines on the
planning for public transport, the objective of development, the technology routes and
basic ideas for the selection of bus routes, and the selection of stops, vehicle models as
well as garage construction in the general planning for public transport.

前言
江苏省昆山市是中国十大最佳魅力城市、中国优秀旅游城市。张铺镇面
积 116 平方公里, 2009 年人口 14 万人,定位为昆山城市副中心;前灯镇面
积 84 平方公里,2009 年人口 13 万人,定位是昆山南部四座水乡古镇(周庄
镇、锦溪镇、淀山湖镇和千灯镇)的中心镇。预计张浦、千灯两镇(以下简
称“两镇”)2015 年人口均超 20 万人,发展成为小城市。现张铺和千灯分别
