母牛分枝杆菌菌苗预防尖锐湿疣复发及其对细胞免疫的影响
【摘要】目的探讨母牛分枝杆菌菌苗预防尖锐湿疣复发的效果,及其对细胞免疫的影响。方法治疗组采用肌肉注射母牛分枝杆菌菌苗联合激光治疗,对照组仅用激光治疗。采用双抗体夹心ELISA技术检测尖锐湿疣(CA)患者(治疗组和对照组)治疗前后血清IL10、IFNγ水平。结果和治疗前相比,治疗后治疗组IL10水平明显降低,IFNγ水平明显升高(P<);与对照组比较,差异有显著性;而对照组治疗前后IL10、IFNγ水平无明显改变(P>);%,%,差异有显著性(P<)。结论母牛分枝杆菌菌苗能有效提高尖锐湿疣患者的细胞免疫功能,减少该病的复发率。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of Mycobacterium ine on the patients with condyloma acuminatum (CA) and cellular immunity. Methods Patients of CA were randomly divided into treatment group ( and laser group) and control group (laser group).
