Abstract

Objective: To observe the the flavored Yinchenhao soup retention enema of
endotoxin and ammonia in patients with chronic severe hepatitis, and to explore its
mechanism.
Methods: The clinical select the criteria for inclusion of damp heat and toxic chronic
severe hepatitis 60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 30
cases, the control group on the basis of prehensive treatment given lactulose 30ml
po tid treatment group in prehensive treatment the basis give flavored Yinchenhao
in soup retention enema. Clinical efficacy of the two groups pared.
Results: The results showed that the two groups after treatment can significantly
improve liver function, reduce the incidence plications. Treatment group than the
control group (P < or P <) in improvement of clinical symptoms and ALT and
AST, TBIL, ALB,PTA; in reducing the content of endotoxin and ammonia, were
significantly better than the control group (P < or P <).
Conclusion: Modified Yinchenhao, Decoction enema can effectively improve the
clinical symptoms of chronic severe hepatitis and improve liver function, reduce the
content of endotoxin and ammonia, in the clinical application of safe and effective.
