食品安全与卫生领域的政府管制研究
摘要:食品是人类生存和发展的基础,食品安全是衡量人们生活质量、社会管理水平和国家法制建设的重要标准,关系到经济发展和社会稳定。近年来,世界各国频频爆发有关食品安全的恶性事件,使得食品安全问题成为当今世界人们关注的焦点问题之一。在我国,食品安全的现状也不容乐观,近期相继发生的“瘦肉精”、“三鹿奶粉”、“毒豇豆”等事件让人们大有谈食色变之感。这不仅使人的生命、健康受到威胁,而且给国家经济发展、政治稳定、社会安定带来干扰和威胁。在这种背景下,加强对我国政府食品安全管制的研究,建立和完善食品安全体系,实施有效的食品安全对策,对于改善和促进我国食品安全管理、减少食品危害的发生、减轻政府工作的压力、改善人民生活水平,均有极为重要的促进作用。

Abstract: the food is the foundation of human survival and development, food safety is a measure of the quality of life, social management and the national legal system construction is the important standard, related to economic development and social stability. In recent years, the world frequently outbreak of food safety incidents, the food safety problem e the focus of one of the problems. In our country, the food security situation is not optimistic, have recently occurred" Clenbuterol", Sanlu milk powder,poisonous cowpea " events make people talk about food. This not only makes human life, health is threatened, but also to the country's economic development, political stability, society stable bring interference and threat. In this context, to strengthen our country government regulation of food safety research, establish and improve the food safety system, the implementation of effective measures to food safety, to improve and promote our country food safety management, reduce the occurrence of food hazards, reduce government work pressure, improving people's living standard, have extremely important role.
