摘要
知识经济中极重要的部分就是文化的力量、或直接就是文化商品、文化市场。谁要是对文化产业视而不见、甚至怀疑的话,将有可能失去发展的机会。一个外贸企业的发展必然包括很多的文化因素,如:文化商品,文化产业,文化市场,文化服务,文化资源等等。
地理位置决定了某个地方周围地区的经济发展状况,同时也决定了此地区的交通条件,而交通条件好的地区与外部的联系更为密切,更容易发展起来。河源市南接珠江三角洲,北联江西省,处于珠江三角洲两小时经济圈,既是珠江三角洲的后花园,又是泛珠江三角洲经济圈的前沿重地,便于利用海内外资源和拓展海内外市场。
外企入驻河源市高新区及工业园,河源作为工业设计发展的后起之秀潜力无穷,必将打动河源整体经济的迅猛增长。所以,研究河源文化和地理对外贸企业的发展的影响有很强的现实意义。
但是,河源由于受经济快速发展的影响和其他人为因素的破坏,水土流失防治、生态环境建设、水质保护和水资源可持续利用任务显得十分艰巨。因此,本课题对这些问题也做出了相应的措施。

Abstract
The power of culture, or the cultural goods, cultural market is the most important part for the knowledge economy. It will likely lose the opportunity to develop if someone ignore or even suspect the cultural industry. The development of a foreign trade enterprises, must including many cultural factors, such as: cultural goods, cultural industries, cultural market, cultural services, cultural resources and so on.
Geographical position decide somewhere around the region's economic development, but also determines the area of traffic conditions, traffic conditions are good links with the outside areas more closely and more easily developed. Heyuan City, south of the Pearl River Delta, Northern Alliance in Jiangxi Province, two hours in the Pearl River Delta economic circle, both the back garden of the Pearl River Delta and the frontier powerhouse of Pan-Pearl River Delta economic circle, to facilitate the use of overseas resources and expand the sea Internal and external markets.
