沙培林治疗颌面部淋巴管瘤208例临床分析
【摘要】目的总结沙培林瘤内注射治疗口腔颌面部淋巴管瘤的疗效。方法 2000年1 月至2006年1月用沙培林注射治疗口腔颌面部淋巴管瘤共208例,每2 周注射1次,每3 次为1 个疗程。结果经6个月至6年以上随访,%, %,%。结论沙培林局部注射治疗淋巴管瘤疗效高、疗程短,是一种简便、安全的有效方法。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of sapylin in the treatment of lymphangioma in the maxillofacial regions. Methods 208 cases of lymphangioma in the oral maxillofacial regions from January 2000 to January 2006 were reviewed. Sapylin was injected into the cavity or in the circumference of the lymphangioma, and the injection may be repeated every 2 weeks for 3 times. Results The patients were followed up for 6 months~6 years. % were cured, and % were improved. The total efficiency rate was %. Conclusions This method is a safe, simple and highly effective therapy for lymphangioma in the maxillofacial regions.

淋巴管瘤(lymphangioma,LPGM)是淋巴管和组织发育畸形所致的一种先天性良性肿瘤,其实质是淋巴管壁内皮细胞异常增殖。常见于小儿及青少年,好发于口腔颌面部。由于邻近组织的侵入和压迫,淋巴管瘤可能会导致毁容、多发性感染、呼吸困难、咬合不正、吞咽困难、发声困难和发音困难。近年来我们使用沙培林(Sapylin)瘤内注射治疗颌面部淋巴管瘤,获得了满意疗效,现总结如下。
1 资料和方法
一般资料
2000年1月至 2006年1 月在我院口腔外科收治各种类型的淋巴管瘤患者208例,男89例,女117例,男女之比为1∶;年龄最小3个月,最大38 岁。所采集的208例患者术前青霉素皮试均为阴性。
治疗方法
沙培林为山东鲁抗医药集团鲁亚有限公司产品,规格为1 ku/ 支,批准文号为S19980003 。一般剂量2 ku/ 次,将其溶于10~20 mL生理盐水中。注射前常规行胸透和血常规检查,结果正常者可给予治疗。术前肌注地塞米松(Dexamethasonum,DXM ) 2~5 mg,3~5 min 后,利多卡因局部麻醉后,尽量抽净囊
