【摘要】目的了解深圳市护士对疼痛知识和处理态度的现状。方法采用香港Tse和Chan(2004)affery 和Ferrell 设计的护士对疼痛的知识和态度调查问卷NKASRP中文版,调查深圳市9家医院1455名护士。采用SPSS 。,疼痛知识和处理态度水平偏低;得分均数在参加疼痛课程与未参加疼痛课程的护士之间差异有显著性(± vs. ±,)。结论护士疼痛知识的缺乏影响到对疼痛的评估和处理态度,建议加强疼痛规范化培训和监管力度,提高疼痛管理水平。

Abstract: Object To investigate the status quo of nurses′ knowledge and attitudes about pain management in the hospitals of Shenzhen. Methods 1455 nurses in nine hospitals of Shenzhen were surveyed using McCaffery and Ferrell′s questionnaire of nurses′ knowledge and attitudes about pain management amended by Tse and Chan (NKASRP, Chinese edition, 2004, Hong Kong) and the questionnaire results were analyzed with SPSS, version . Results The average score of correct answer was , which revealed the lack of knowledge and correct attitude about pain management. There was significant difference in scores between the nurses who had been trained on pain management and those who hadn′t (± vs. ±,). Conclusion The lack of knowledge of pain management in nureses has affected the pain assessment and management attitude. It is mended that standardized training on pain and its supervision be emphasized in order to improve the quality of pain menagment.
