70岁以上老年妇女绝经后***流血病理分析与临床治疗

【摘要】目的探讨70岁以上老年妇女绝经后***流血的临床、病理特征及恶性肿瘤发生情况。方法采用回顾性分析法对2002年1月~2007年1月我院妇科门诊及病房收治的86例70岁以上绝经后***流血患者进行病理类型、恶性肿瘤发生率、出血时间与病理关系、治疗方式进行分析。结果 86例患者中,良性病变67例,包括:正常宫内膜、宫颈息肉、内膜单纯性增生、内膜息肉、内膜炎、内膜萎缩、内膜不典型增生及子宫肌瘤等;恶性病变19例,包括子宫内膜癌10例,子宫颈癌5例,卵巢恶性肿瘤2例,其他恶性肿瘤2例,%。恶性病变***流血时间较良性病变明显延长,差异有显著性;良性肿瘤可给予非手术或小手术治疗,而恶性肿瘤患者大部分通过术前充分准备、术中及术后严密监测,可以采用手术治疗并获得较好疗效。结论要重视并预防70岁以上老年妇女的绝经后***流血,更好地对这一高危年龄段妇女进行早期诊断,以便提出恰当而合理的治疗方案。
