【摘要】目的探讨在脊柱骨折中使用纳米羟基磷灰石/聚酰胺66(nHA/PA66)复合生物活性人工椎体植骨融合术对椎体高度、脊柱结构和稳定性的恢复作用。方法从2003年3月~2007年5月对5例颈椎骨折、5例胸椎骨折、12例腰椎骨折行前路减压,采用nHA/PA66复合生物活性人工椎体植骨融合、钛板系统内固定。结果随访6~21个月(平均15个月),植入体3~4个月产生骨融合,重建的椎体高度无降低,神经功能按Frankel分级均有不同程度提高。结论使用nHA/PA66复合生物活性人工椎体植骨融合术,可有效恢复椎体的高度和结构,起到重建椎体结构作用,并能与椎体融合,保持良好的脊柱稳定性,是一种理想的椎体替代方式。
