VEGF和MVD在乳腺疾病血管生成中的意义 (作者:___________单位: ___________邮编: ___________) 作者:武变荣李积德郭振昌骆玉霜沈存芳 【摘要】目的探讨VEGF和MVD在乳腺疾病血管生成中的意义。方法采用免疫组化染色法(S-P法)检测70例乳腺疾病患者(乳腺良性疾病患者28例,乳腺癌患者42例)术后标本中VEGF表达水平和MVD值。结果乳腺癌组VEGF高表达比例和MVD值均较乳腺良性疾病组高,差异有统计学意义();乳腺癌组VEGF表达与年龄、肿块大小、HER2相关,与腋淋巴结、临床分期、ER、PR无关,而MVD仅与肿瘤大小和HER2相关。VEGF高表达组MVD值显著高于VEGF低表达组MVD值,差异有统计学意义()。结论联合检测VEGF和MVD对预测乳腺疾病预后有积极意义。 【关键词】乳腺癌 VEGF MVD 免疫组化染色法 Abstract Objective To detect the value of MVD and VEGF in breast disease angiogenesis. Methods The expression of VEGF and MVD in 70 cases of breast diseases was examined by immunohistochemistry staining (SP-method). Results VEGF expression and MVD value in breast cancer were much higher than benign breast disease, there was a correlation between VEGF expression and age, tumor size and HER2 in breast cancer and there was no correlation between other clinical parameters, but MVD was correlated with tumor size and HER2. MVD valve in VEGF high expression group was higher than VEGF low expression group (P ). Conclusion It shows positive significance in detection of MVD and VEGF both in breast disease angiogenesis.
