反相高效液相色谱梯度洗脱法测定七叶神安胶囊中人参皂苷Rb3的含量
【摘要】目的建立反相高效液相色谱梯度洗脱法测定七叶神安胶囊中人参皂苷Rb3的含量。方法色谱柱为Hypersil C18(5 μm, mm×200 mm),流动相为乙腈-%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱:0~14 min,19→33;14~16 min,33→49, ml/min,检测波长为203 nm,柱温为30℃。 6 ~ 6 μg(r= 9)的范围内线性关系良好,% ,RSD=%。结论该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于七叶神安胶囊的质量控制。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish the method for determination of the contents of Ginsenoside Rb3 in Qiye Shen'an capsule .Methods The chromatographic conditions included Hypersil C18 column( mm ×200 mm , 5μm )and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitril-% phosphoric acid: 0~14 min,19→33;14~16 min,33→49. Detection wavelength was at 203 nm. The flow rate was ml/min. Column temperature was at 30℃. ResultsThere was a good linear within the range of ~
μg for Ginsenoside Rb3 with r= 9. The average recovery was %(RSD=%,n=6). ConclusionThe method is simple,accurate,reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Qiye Shen'an capsule.

七叶神安胶囊是由三七叶提取的总皂苷制备而成的,功能益气安神,活血止痛。临床用于心气不足、心血瘀阻所致的心悸、失眠、胸痛、胸闷。本品疗效显著,且毒副作用甚微,因此,临床应用较为广泛。我们采用高效液相色谱法测定本品中所含有效成分人参皂苷Rb3的含量,以控制成品的质量[1~5]。
