观察鲑降钙素治疗老年骨质疏松所致骨痛的疗效和对骨密度的影响

【摘要】目的观察鲑降钙素治疗老年骨质疏松所致骨痛的疗效和对骨密度的影响。方法将120例骨质疏松患者随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,均给予口服阿仑膦酸钠和碳酸钙D3,治疗组同时加用鲑降钙素,均连续应用3个月,治疗前后经骨密度(双能X线)检测腰椎BMD变化及根据临床症状评价疗效。结果治疗后检测两组L2、L3、L4骨密度与治疗前比较显著升高,与治疗前差异有显著性(P<)。两组临床疗效比较,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组。治疗后多数患者骨关节疼痛明显好转,%。治疗过程中未发生明显不良反应。结论使用鲑降钙素联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗骨质疏松能明显提高骨密度,能在一定程度上抑制骨丢失,增加骨密度,缓解骨质疏松引的疼痛,改善老年骨质疏松患者的生活质量。
