间歇性缺氧对幼年大鼠大脑皮层电活动的影响

【摘要】目的观察间歇性缺氧损伤后幼鼠前额叶皮层电活动的变化。方法 SD雄性大鼠60只,20±2日龄,随机分为6组:正常2周组、正常4周组、正常6周组、间歇性缺氧2周组、间歇性缺氧4周组、间歇性缺氧6周组,每组10只。正常(UC)组正常饲养,间歇缺氧(IH)组建立间歇性缺氧损伤模型。用金属电极记录皮层放电活动。结果间歇性缺氧2周后,大鼠前额叶皮层δ波、θ波所占比例较正常组增多,α波、β波所占比例较正常组减少,有显著性差异(P<);而间歇性缺氧4周和6周后,虽然大鼠前额叶皮层δ波、θ波所占比例较正常组有所增多,α波、β波所占比例较正常组有所减少,但均未达到显著性差异(P>)。结论随着幼鼠年龄的增加,神经系统发育成熟,从而使间歇性缺氧所造成的脑损伤得到一定的修复,脑损伤程度减轻,最终使前额叶皮层电活动发生的异常变化逐渐减弱。
