中西医结合治疗糖尿病并肺结核42例临床观察
【摘要】目的探讨中西医结合疗法对糖尿病合并肺结核患者的血糖、临床症状、病灶吸收率的临床疗效。方法将糖尿病合并肺结核患者42例,随机分为治疗组(中西医结合治疗)、对照组(单纯西医抗结核、降血糖治疗),经三个月治疗后分析两组患者的血糖控制情况、临床表现及胸部X线表现。结果两组治疗后血糖均良好控制,两组治疗前及治疗后比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<),但治疗组与对照组之间血糖值无显著差异(P>);两组经治疗三个月后病灶都有不同程度吸收,治疗组病灶吸收率优于对照组(P<);经治疗后治疗组临床症状好转率明显优于对照组(P<)。结论糖尿病合并肺结核患者联合扶正固本中药治疗能取得较好疗效,有协同治疗作用。

【Abstract】Objective To probe the clinical effects of blood sugar, clinical symptoms, and the absorption of lesions on the patients of Diabetes mellitus with Pulmonary Tuberculosis with the methods of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine. Methods 42 cases of clinical diabetes mellitus patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into treatment group(Integrative Medicine), control group(Western anti-TB,hypoglycemic therapy).
