二陈汤配方颗粒除杂工艺研究

〔摘要〕目的:优选二陈汤配方颗粒除杂工艺。方法:比较乙醇沉淀法、高速离心法的浸膏得率和橙皮苷的保
留率,并采用薄层试验和药效试验对除杂效果进行考察。结果:乙醇沉淀法除杂效果明显,随着乙醇浓度的提高,
除杂效率提高,成分保留率降低;高速离心法除杂效果差,成分保留率高;薄层试验和药效试验研究结果表明,除
杂液和原液在化学成分和药效作用上无显著差异。结论:50%的乙醇沉淀法可作为二陈汤配方颗粒除杂工艺。

〔Abstract〕Objective: To screen and optimize the removing impurity process of Erchentang Formula-
Granule. Methods: Taking dried extract ratio and transferring ratio of hesperidin as investigation index,the purifi cation
conditions of alcohol-precipitation and high speed centrifugation methods pared,and used thin layer
chromatography experiment and pharmacodynamic experiment to evaluate the purifi cation effect. Results: alcohol-
precipitation method have a signifi cant purifi cation effect,along with the raise of alcohol density, purifi cation effect
improved and ingredient transferring ratio decreased; the purifi cation effect of high speed centrifugation methods is
