摘要

本工程拟在北京建设单位拟建一幢14层的综合楼,地上14层下地两层。设计内容主要包括建筑内部给水系统设计、建筑内部中水系统设计、建筑内部排水系统设计、建筑内部消防系统设计。
室内给水系统和中水系统采用竖向分区给水方式,地下一层至五层为低区,由市政给水管网直接供水;六至十四层为高区,采用变频泵加压供水方式。
室内排水系统采用污、废水分流制排水系统,底层单独排放。
建筑内部消防系统包括消火栓系统和自动喷水灭火系统。由于建筑高度小于100m,故消火栓系统没有分区。对于自动喷淋灭火系统分为两个区,并且高区系统设有两个报警阀组,每个报警阀组控制的喷头个数少于800个,故总共设有三个报警阀组。

ABSTRACT
This project intends to build plex building 14 floor in Beijing , including 14 underground 2 layers on the ground. Design elements including water supply system design inside the building ;reclaimed water systems design inside the building ;drainage system design inside the building ; fire protection system design inside the building.
Building indoor water supply system and reclaimed water system uses the water supply vertical partition, underground layer to five layer for low area, direct water from the municipal water work; six to fourteen layers for high, uses frequency conversion pump pressurized water supply.
Building indoor drainage system using sewage, waste water diversion system, and bottom discharge alone with sewage pipes and waste pipes, drainage riser extends to the top of the roof and basement drainage is discharged to the ground floor of the sump through the potential sewage lift pump discharge pressure.
The inside of the building fire control system including hydrant system and sprinkler system. Due to the building height is less than 100m, so there is no fire hydrant system partition. For auto
