摘要
基于产品族的模块化与通用性,研究了面向产品族的混流装配线平衡与排序
问题。基于对一族产品装配过程的聚类分析,提出面向产品族的混流装配线的组
织形式;针对面向产品族的混流装配线组织形式的特点,提出了其平衡设计方法
和模型,在混流线平衡基础上建立了产品投产排序模型;最后用一个案例说明本
文方法的应用。本文研究内容是一个具有重要的社会效益和经济效益的课题。
首先针对产品族和产品平台的模块化构成特点,应用聚类算法分析产品族构
成模块的相似性和差异性,提出了面向产品族的混流装配线的组织形式。为了使
生产效率最大化,装配线设计必须符合产品结构。因此,面向产品族的装配过程
要充分认识和利用产品族模块化构成的特点,通过产品族、模块、工艺三者之间
的映射分析,将设计上对用户响应的思想体现在装配过程中。
然后再根据面向产品族的混流装配线的组织形式,分析了面向产品族的混流
装配线平衡问题研究过程的影响因素;指出面向产品族的混流装配线平衡过程既
要考虑各模块化装配单元之间的负荷均衡状况,又要考虑减少各模块化装配单元
的闲置时间,以达到负荷均衡与闲置时间最优的平衡目标;在此基础上建立了其
平衡问题的数学模型,最终确定混流装配线上各个模块化装配单元的节拍值。对
于平衡结果,文中相应地给出了评价指标和评价方法。
面向产品族的混流装配线达到平衡后,产品投产排序问题是决定装配能否有
效进行的关键。文章以面向产品族的混流装配线上各模块化装配单元的模块消耗
速率均衡化为目标,建立产品投产排序模型。混流线的装配排序问题是组合优化
问题,没有多项式时间算法,因此,应用一种解大规模组合优化问题的有效近似
算法—遗传算法,来求解面向产品族的混流装配线上产品投产排序问题。

ABSTRACT
Based on the module monality of the product family, the problem of mixed
streamline assembly balance and sequence, which faces to the product family
assembling, is studied. On the basis of the cluster analysis to the product family
assembling process, anization form of mixed-mode assembly line which faces to
the product family is Proposed; in view anization form characteristic of
mixed-mode assembly line which faces to the product family, its balance design method
and the model is proposed; the sequencing model is built on the balance foundation of
mixed model assembly line; The application of the method in this text with a case is
stated finally. This article is about a content which has important social and economic
efficiency.
