酒石酸水解人参总皂苷提取稀有人参皂苷Rg3
摘要
人参为五加科Araliaxeae植物Panax ginseng C. A. Meyer的根,是最负盛名的中药材之一。近年来,几种稀有人参皂苷,特别是人参皂Rg3在抗肿瘤方面的研究已经引起人们的广泛注意。
目前,人参皂Rg3单体的制备方法的缺点是环境污染严重,成本高,产物收率低。本文利用人参皂苷20-羟基上葡萄糖基在酸性环境中的稳定性低于3-羟基上葡萄糖基的特性,通过控制固液比、控制反应时间、控制反应温度和酸浓度等措施,解决了人参皂苷在酸解条件下定向水解的问题,由人参皂苷直接酸水解制备Rg3。使用本方法简单、方便、低成本,可以大大减轻环境污染。
进行了酒石酸水解人参二醇组皂苷制备人参皂苷Rg3的研究,确定了最佳的反应条件:即反应温度60℃, 固液比1:,反应时间3h, 。

Abstrsact
Ginseng is the root of Panax ginseng .Meyer Araliaxeae which is the most famous one of the Chinese herbal medicines. In recent years, minor ginsenoside Rg3 has attracted more attention in the anti-tumor research.
At present, the preparation of the minor ginsenoside Rg3 is a serious environmental pollution, high-cost and low yield. In this paper, we use the stability of the ginsenoside 20 - hydroxy is less than 3 - hydroxy to reslove the direct acid hydrolysis of the crude ginseng root saponins . This method is simple, convenient, low-cost and the environmental pollution can be greatly reduced.
We finally determine the best conditions of the PPD saponins :the concentration of the tartaric acid is / L ,the reactive temperature is 60 ℃, the solid-liquid ratio is 1:, the reactive time is 3h.
The best conditions of the crude ginseng root saponins : the concentration of the tartaric acid is / L ,the reactive temperature is 70 ℃, the solid-liquid ratio is 1:, the reactive time is 3h.
