摘要:目的研究整合素α 5(Integrin α 5)在食管鳞癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理参数
的关系。方法应用组织芯片和免疫组织化学染色等方法,检测了整合素α 5 在 147 例食管
鳞癌组织中的表达情况并分析了其表达与临床病理参数以及患者预后的关系。结果 1)免疫
组化染色提示,在 147 例食管鳞癌组织中,整合素α 5 在癌细胞呈强染色的为 34 例(>5 分,
%),弱或中等强度染色有 113 例(%);2)整合素α 5 的表达与食管鳞癌组织的
分化程度显著相关; 3)整合素α 5 的表达水平与食管癌患者的生存率呈显著负相关
(P=),整合素α 5 的表达可以作为判断食管癌预后的独立预警分子(P=)。结
论整合素α 5 可能在食管癌发生发展过程中发挥重要作用。
