华中科技大学硕士学位论文II Abstract The subject researched and designed by this es from a hydraulic-servo system test stand which was designed by huazhong University of Science and Technology and manufactured by Qin Chuan machinery plant in the early 1980s. This test stand was mainly for testing the performance of an electro-hydraulic servo valve and a servo valve-control hydraulic cylinder system. Since the limit of technology level that time, the system which performed the testing task of this test stand posed of several independent instruments (such as a light oscillograph, a spectrum analyzer and a LF signal generator), so not only the working efficiency but also the measuring accuracy of it was low, which cannot fit in with the needs of modern teaching and engineering training. For better usage in teaching and engineering training, the testing system of this test stand has been development anew. The main researches of this article are as follows: Firstly the testing system of this test stand was removed, and the mechanical system was reserved; then on the basis of analyzing and researching the demand of mechanical hydraulic transmission system and testing function, the content and demand of the new testing system were raised. According to the content and demand of the new testing system, combining the style of the realizing method of the new system, schemas of strong current part and weak current part which constitute the hardware of the new system have been raised respectively. The main content of the design of strong current part as follows: the control of three phase asynchronous , the control of two position two-way ic valve, the control of headlamp and the control of DC regulated power supply. The main content of the design of weak current part as follows: the realization of the output channel of a servo amplifier and input channels of all kinds of sensors, the realization of signals condition.
