摘要
机器人作为人类 20 世纪最伟大的发明之一,伴随着几十年的发展已经发生了日
新月异的变化。近几年机器人已经成为高技术领域内具有代表性的战略目标。机器
人技术的出现和发展,不但使传统的工业生产面貌发生了根本性的变化,而且对人
类社会产生深远影响,随着社会生产技术的飞速发展,机器人应用领域将不断扩展。
而现在人类正在向信息时代迈进,信息化成为当前时代的主旋律,从信息化到
知识化再到智能化,成为了机器人现阶段必然的发展趋势,智能机器人已由最初的
工业型逐步发展到非工业型和服务行业领域,特别是近来流行起来的智能服务机器
人和智能娱乐机器人更是将机器人的发展推进到了一个新的高度。
即时通讯平台(IM 平台)作为信息化时代最重要的人际沟通工具,越来越多融
合了一般民众日常生活需要的各种服务,因此,随着智能服务机器人的发展,必然
会和 IM 平台进行结合,实现各项业务线上和线下服务的整合。
本文是从腾讯 QQ 软件的平台出发,具体描述了如何基于即时通讯软件的平台
来设计和实现智能服机器人。
文章先概要介绍了智能服务机器人的国内外发展现状,之后详细分析了即时通
讯软件的实现机制和原理,接着从机器人设计的各方面需求如外形设计、功能设计、
机器人与服务器间通讯、机器人与 QQ 号码绑定等出发,深入研究和实现了机器人
与腾讯 QQ 软件的连通,并描绘了机器人通过腾讯 QQ 在家庭生活中的应用场景。

Abstract
Robots, as one of the greatest inventions of human beings of the 20th century, along
with several decades of development, have been rapid changes taken place. In recent years,
robots have e the hi-tech field representative strategic the emergence
and development of robot technology, not only the traditional industrial production has
undergone fundamental changes, but also there is a profound impact on human society,
with the rapid development of social production technology, robotics applications will
continue to expand.
Humans are now moving to the information age, information has e the main
theme of the times, and then from information to knowledge-based intelligent robot has
e an inevitable trend of development at this stage, the first intelligent robot has been
the progressive development of industrial-type to non-industrial-and service industries,
