改革开放三十年间我国私营企业从无到有得到了迅猛发展为国民经济的
发展注入了活力为满足我国人民多样化的需求增加就业等做出了重要的贡献
但是由于诸多原因随着私营企业快速发展和从业人员的增多矛盾和冲突也
不断增加劳动者的合法权益受到侵害的现象愈演愈烈对我国和谐社会构建造
成不利影响所以在构建和谐社会的大背景下私营企业和谐劳动关系的构建
问题具有重要的现实意义本文正是抓住这样的主线深入研究和分析了私营企
业劳动关系现在存在的问题以及引发问题的深层次原因并在此基础上提出对
策
本文首先通过对我国劳动关系文献研究和部分地区私营企业的调查分析了
我国私营企业劳动关系的现状并在此基础上对私营企业劳动关系的不和谐现
象出现的原因进行了总结最后从中国的国情和实际问题出发同时借鉴国外
的有益经验创新性的提出了构建我国私营企业和谐劳动关系的对策主要从政
府工会企业和员工等方面调整私营企业存在的不和谐状况建立适应中国特
色社会主义的和谐私营企业劳动关系

30 years of reform and opening up, China's private enterprises have been
developing rapidly from scratch for the development of the national economy has
injected vigor, in order to meet the diversified demands of our people, increasing
employment, such as making an important contribution. However, with the rapid
development of private enterprises and employees in the growing number of
contradictions and conflicts will continue to increase, and the legitimate rights and
interests of workers against the growing phenomenon of the construction of a
harmonious society in China adversely affected. Therefore, the private sector build a
harmonious labor relations on the building of a harmonious society is of great
significance. This paper is seizing on the main line, in-depth research and analysis in
the private sector labor relations now exist, as well as a problem of deep-seated
reasons, and based on this proposed countermeasures.
