摘要
本文题为《FR汽车前桥有限元建模及分析》,针对传统设计方法存在的弊端,着眼于先进技术的运用,力图采用CAD/puter Aided Design /Computer Aided Engineering)方法设计汽车的前桥。
本设计是在 Pro/e Wildfire 。模型建成后,直接利用PRO/E的CAE模块对其进行静力分析和模态分析和工况分析,以考察其变形、强度和刚度。
分析结果表明,该桥在各种载荷情况作用下静强度足够,各项性能指标均满足国家标准。

ABSTRACT
The article’s title is automobile driving axle housing’s 3D CAD building and analysis based on parameters. In allusion to traditional design method’s malpractice and have advanced technology’s application in mind and try hard to design automobile driving axle housing by means of CAD/CAE method.
The article is based on YUEJING Group’s NJ1040 driving axle housing. On one hand, The author has built driving axle housing’s puter model through software Unigraphics ,on the other hand, in order to review its deflection、intension and rigidity, the article has realized its static and modal analysis.
The result makes clear that driving axle housing’s static intension is enough under times fully dynamic loaded, and all performance indexes satisfy state standard.
At last, the article makes elementary optimize design according to analyzing result, reduces the driving axle housing’s weight, retrenches its material and depresses the manufacture cost. Therefore, the analysis will establish a foundation for further optimize assay by the holy poker.
