高氧平衡盐液用于失血性休克再灌注损伤的防治

摘要:目的观察高氧平衡盐液对防治家兔失血性休克再灌注损伤效果. 方法家兔休克90min后回输放血总量1/3的血液,同时分别输注平衡盐液(对照组,n=10)及高氧平衡盐液(治疗组,n=10). 结果再灌注后治疗组平均动脉压(MAP)迅速上升,于再灌注后3h显著高于对照组,CVP及HR较快恢复至休克前的水平,血清丙二醛(MDA),MAP进行性下降,反映机体组织遭受了再灌注损伤. 结论高氧平衡盐液能迅速逆转失血性休克血流动力学改变,有效防治休克再灌注损伤.

Abstract:AIM To observe protective effect of hyperoxia balanced saline solution on reperfusion injury caused by bleeding 20rabbits were randomly di-vided into two groups(n=10).90minutes after bleeding shock artificially modeled by bleeding,one third volume of the lost
