艾司西酞普兰合并认知疗法对抑郁症患者的疗效[摘要]目的:探讨艾司西酞普兰合并认知疗法对抑郁症患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将96例抑郁症患者随机分为3组,A组(认知疗法治疗组)32例,B组(艾司西酞普兰组)32例,C组(艾司西酞普兰+认知疗法治疗组)32例,疗程6周,采用Hamilton抑郁量表(HAMD),抑郁自评量表(SDS)和副反应量表(TESS)在治疗前和治疗后2、4、6周末评定疗效和不良反应。结果:三组病人在治疗后4周时,A、C两组减分与B组减分差异有显著性(P<);治疗6周时A、B两组差异无显著性(P>),C组效果显著优于A、B两组(P<),且C组艾司西酞普兰剂量和TESS评分明显低于B组。结论:艾司西酞普兰合并认知疗法可以提高抑郁症患者疗效,缩短疗程。[关键词]抑郁症;认知疗法;binedwithcognitivetherapyinthetreatmentfordepressivepatientsLIAOQiulian LIYe YUANChunmei DengHongyan OUYANGWeinan(KangfuHospitalofLoudi,Hunan417000,China)[Abstract]Objective::96depressivepatientswererandomizedintoAgroup(cognitivetherapygroup)(n=32),Bgroup(escitalopramgroup)(n=32)andCgroup(binedwithcognitivetherapygroup)(n=32)andstudiedforsixweeks,HAMD,SDSandTESSwereusedtoassesstheefficacyandsideeffectsbeforeandtwoweeks,:bytheendoffourweeks,therewassignificantdifferenceinefficacybetweenA,CgroupsandBgroup(P<),bytheendofsixweeks,therewassignificantdifferenceinefficacybetweenCgroupandA,Bgroups,therewasnosignificantdifferenceinefficacybetweenAandBgroup(P>),andthedosesofescitalopram :binedwithcognitivetherapycanpromotecurativeeffectandshortenthecourseinthetreatmentofdepressivepatients.[Keywords]Depression; Cognitivetherapy;escitalopram抑郁症
