摘要:本文以氘代氯仿为溶剂,以中药化学标准品厚朴酚为载体,采用二维相关光谱技术,
采集近红外光谱(Near Infrared Spectroscopy, NIR),研究厚朴酚的 NIR 光谱解析,并考察相
同浓度范围不同样本数目对 NIR 二维同步相关光谱的影响。结果表明,在相同样本浓度范
围内,不同样本数目的厚朴酚在 1446 nm、1690 nm、1893 nm、2050 nm、2120 nm、2370 nm
处均有 6 个自相关峰。采用氘代氯仿技术研究二维相关光谱(Tow-dimensional correlation
spectroscopy, 2D-COS),样本数目对自相关峰的数目没有影响而强度有影响,表明在氘代氯
仿中,采用近红外二维相关光谱(2D-NIR)分析,样本数目没有严格限制。这为中药化学
成分近红外光谱解析特征波段的归属提供方法参考。

Abstract: Near infrared spectroscopy (NIR) assignment of Magnolol was performed using
deuterated chloroform as solvent and two-dimensional correlation spectroscopy (2D-COS) method.
Meanwhile, the reliable analysis 2D-COS about the number of samples in the same concentration
range was investigated based on deuterated chloroform as solvent. The result showed that the
number of autocorrelation peaks was not variance, though the intensity of autocorrelation peaks
has changed little. It indicated that there is no specific provision on the number of samples using
2D-NIR in deuterated chloroform solvent. Furthermore, magno
