摘要:【目的】建立茜草中大叶茜草素、羟基茜草素的 HPLC 含量测定方法。【方法】采用
LUBEX Ecosil C18 柱( mm×250 mm,5 μm),流动相为甲醇-乙腈-%磷酸水(25:
50: 25),流速 mL· min-1,检测波长为 250 nm。【结果】大叶茜草素和羟基茜草素分
别在 ~ μg·
mL-1(r2=)和 ~ μg·
mL-1(r2=)
范围内呈良好线性,平均回收率分别为 %(RSD=%)和 %(RSD=%)。
【结论】该方法操作简单,重复性好,可作为茜草中大叶茜草素和羟基茜草素的含量测定方
法,为合理制定茜草的含测方法提供参考。

Abstract: Objective To establish a HPLC method to determine the content of rubimaillin and
purpurin in Rubia cordifolia L.. Method LUBEX Ecosil C18 column( mm×250 mm,5 μ
m)was used with methanol- acetonitrile- % phosphoric acid solution as the mobile phase, the
flow rate was mL·
min-1 and the PDA detective wavelength was set at 250 nm. Result The
rubimaillin had a good linearity relationship between - μ g·

the purpurin showed a good linearity relationship whithin the range of 1
