超声波预处理对市政污泥干燥特性的影响#

摘要:城市污泥的高含水率对其处理处置带来了各种不便。超声波法在污泥预处理领域中受
到越来越多的关注。针对超声波对污泥干燥特性的影响进行实验研究,通过污泥干燥实验研
究了超声处理时间和超声波密度对污泥干燥特性的影响。结果表明:预处理后,污泥的絮体
结构被有效破坏,且破坏效果随超声波作用时间加长而增强;静置后的污泥上清液的浊度增
大,并随超声波处理时间的增长和超声密度的增强而逐渐增大;不同的预处理工况作用后,
污泥比阻的变化不同,且不随超声波处理时间和超声波密度的增大或减小而呈现出单一变
化。

Abstract: The highwater content of sewage sludge has engendered many inconveniences to its
treatment and disposal. More and more attention has been paid to the ultrasonic method in the
field of sludge pre-treatment. In this paper, experiments on municipal sludge with ultrasonic
pre-treatment and its drying performance were investigated. Thus this research studies the
characteristics influences of ultrasonic bring to the sludge drying and effects of the action time and
ultrasonic wave density on the drying characteristics of dewatered sludge. The results showed that,
the ultrasonic pre-treatment could efficiently damage the sludge’s ulate structure to a
continuously worse extent with the prolonged treatment duration by ultrasonic wave, the same
