胶原蛋白对超细纤维合成革基布吸湿性能
和卫生性能改善的研究#

摘要:将改性有机膦鞣剂 FP 作为交联剂,采用胶原蛋白对浓硫酸预处理后的超细纤维合成
革基布进行改性研究,以期增加合成革基布的活性基团,改善其卫生性能。结果表明:胶原
蛋白改性后基布表面的羧基含量是预处理试样的 倍,氨基含量是预处理试样的 倍;
改性基布的透水汽性能较预处理试样提高了 %,吸湿性能较预处理试样提高了
%。通过 FT-IR、SEM、AFM、TG 和接触角对改性产物的检测表明胶原蛋白能够均
匀地交联改性到基布中,其产物表面纤维的松散程度增大,亲水性基团增多,相对平均粗糙
度降低,而且胶原蛋白改性对基布的热稳定性能有一定的影响。

Abstract: Modified the sulfuric acid pretreated microfiber synthetic leather base by collagen under the
crosslinking effect of FP to increase the active groups and improve the sanitary properties. Compared
with that of pretreated sample, the content of carboxyl group on the modified base sample were
