【摘要】目的:探讨自发性脑出血术后常见并发症及其处理。方法:回顾性分析178例自发性脑出血行手术治疗患者的临床资料,并结合文献复习。结果:178例患者无一例外,均有程度不同的一种或多种并发症。结论:自发性脑出血术后并发症严重威胁人类健康,我们应予以更多重视。

[Abstract] Objective: To explore mon plications of spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage and the treatments. Methods: The clinical data of 178 cases of spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage after evacuation of hematoma were analyzed retrospectively, and relative literatures were reviewed. Results: Each one in this group had one or plications. Conclusion: The health of human was severely threatened by the plications of spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage; we should pay more attention to it.

自发性脑出血(Intracerebral hemorrhage,ICH)指非外伤性原发性脑实质内出血,是神经科较常见的疾病,人群中每年发病率约为60~80/10万,急性期病死率高达30%~40%,多有高血压病史[1]。本科自2009年1月至2012年1月共收治自发性脑出血病人419人,其中因出血较多而行血肿清除手术者178例。现结合临床资料和文献资料报道其术后常见并发症及处理如下。
