穴位按摩治疗骨折老年卧床病人功能性便秘效果观察

摘要目的:观察穴位按摩法对骨折老年卧床病人功能性便秘的治疗效果。方法:选择骨科因骨折长期卧床发生功能性便秘的老年病人
123例。随机分为观察组59例,用穴位按摩法治疗;治疗组64例,遵医嘱常规药物治疗。观察两组的通便效果及再次产生便秘的情况。结果:
观察组与治疗组洽疗结果无显著性差异,但治疗组停止常规药物治疗后,便秘再次发生率明显高于观察组( P<) 。结论:穴位按摩法治疗
骨折老年卧床病人功能性便秘的临床效果肯定,方法简便,维持时间长,可避免应用药物常规治疗所致副作用,及停药后复发的不利因素。
