辽宁工程技术大学本科课程设计题目可燃性气体检测报警器设计院(系、部) 机械工程学院班级机电 07-3 班姓名赵旭斌学号 0707060327 指导教师卢万杰赵旭斌:可燃性气体检测报警器设计摘要本设计主要设计可燃性气体监测报警仪,包括其工作原理及其软、硬件的设计。它由可燃性气体传感器、模/ 数转换、单片机、显示部分、报警输出、应用系统软件等组成。从传感器出来的微电流信号,经过模/ 数转换后送入单片机内,单片机控制显示相应浓度并在浓度过高时产生报警。显示部分采用 74LS16 4 芯片和 LED 数码管进行显示;报警输出采用固体继电器与蜂鸣器控制报警;软件设计采用单片机 C语言编程。该报警器以性能、参数稳定的气体传感器为探测器,采用 STC89C52 单片机进行控制,能根据天燃气气体检测浓度进行声光报警,并控制相应设备进行工作,实现安全保护。关键词:传感器;气体检测;报警仪;STC89C52 Abstract This design mainly introduces budstible gas monitoring alarming device, including its principle and hardware and software design. Itconsists bustible gas sensors, d/a transformation, SCM, display section, alarm output, application system software etc. From the sensor micro electric current signal, out byd/a transformation into SCM inside, after the single-chip puter control shows corresponding concentrations inexcessive concentrations generated when the alarm. Show part adopts 74LS164 chips and LED digital display tube, Alarm output by using solid relay and buzzer control Alarm, Software design USES the monolithic integrated circuit tothe Cprogramming language.
