摘要摘要本文结合有源相控阵天线的热设计工作,在国内外有源相控阵热控制技术研究的基础上,从多物理场耦合的观点出发,运用CAD/cAE、热一结构集成分析等先进手段,深入探讨了有源相控阵天线的机一电一热三场耦合分析方法。在基于流一热耦合分析与热一结构耦合分析理论的基础上,提出了一种对相控阵天线进行流一热一结构耦合分析的流程。建立了一个有源相控阵天线的结构模型,进行了相应的热仿真设计,使天线阵满足工作温度要求;运用计算流体动力学软件FLUENT, 对天线阵进行流一热耦合计算,以耦合传热作为流固交界面的边界条件,采用适当的离散方法与压力修正算法,得出了阵面温度场分布,以及影响阵面温度场分布的主要因素。计算了在不同温度载荷、温度梯度、约束条件下的阵面变形,得出了影响相控阵阵面热变形的主要因素,并对各种阵面变形下的电性能进行了分析计算,得出了影响天线阵电性能的初步结论。本文所完成的工作对有源相控阵天线的热控制及提高其电性能指标具有一定的指导意义。关键词: Abstract Abstract According tothethermaldesign ofthe Active Phased Array Antenaa(APAA),base Onthe stateofthermal control technology withthe APAA andthemultiphysicstheory, thispaper use CAD/CAE and thermal-structuralintegrated analysis method toprobe intostructural-electrical-thermal multiphysics analysis method with paper elaborate anew method ofthefluid- analysis with APAA. base on thetheory ofthe fluid-thermalcoupling analysis andthermal-撇coupling "paper make anumerical model goodthermal design ismade to thismodel,it make theAPAA heattransfer was made勰 fluid and solidinterfaceboun,hry condition,the proper discretization andSMLE algorithm ischose influid-thermalcoupling analysis byusing FLUENT sof[ temperature of the APAA important parameters which influentthe temperature ofthe APAA put thedistortionofthe APAA inthecondition of differenttemperature、restriction important parameters which influentthedistortion ofthe APAA puted inthecondition ofdifferentdistortionwith姆kk gotsomeconclusion which influentthe papef provide valuable guidance toimproving thethermalcontrol andthe elec=仃icalIⅪ'*fornmce ofthe APAA.
