基于刚柔耦合的车身结构疲劳分析摘要车身作为车辆的关键承载结构,其强度和疲劳性能是保证整车可靠性和耐久性的重要指标。车身结构性能分析的传统方法主要有静强度分析和可靠性试验。基于静强度的车身结构设计往往使结构趋于无限寿命,同时可靠性试验周期较长、成本高且难以快速识别结构的疲劳性能。因此耐久性虚拟试验技术将为车身结构疲劳性能评估和设计提供一种快速有效的方法。作为一项工程研究项目,本文将结合有限元分析、虚拟样机建模、虚拟试验和疲劳寿命预测等技术对车身结构进行疲劳分析,同时进行试验验证和结构优化。以虚拟试验技术为支撑对整车进行耐久性试验和车身结构疲劳分析,能够快速有效地评估结构的疲劳性能,缩短车身开发周期并降低成本,提高产品质量。因此本文的研究内容具有很好的理论指导和工程应用意义。本文选取某款商务车作为分析车型,首先进行车身结构有限元建模和柔性体建模,并基于虚拟样机技术建立整车刚柔耦合多体模型;接着构建耐久性虚拟路面并作为激励对整车进行虚拟试验,获取车身边界动态载荷;最后利用静态叠加法对车身结构的疲劳薄弱区域进行疲劳寿命预测,并重点对路试丌裂的后摆臂支座进行疲劳分析和结构优化,最终总结出基于耐久性虚拟试验的车身结构疲劳分析预测的基本流程。关键词:车身结构;刚柔耦合;静态线性叠加;疲劳寿命预测;安全因子 Abstract As akeybearing structure ofme vehicle,the Strength andfatigueperfbmance of the body are important indexes to ensure thereli£lbility andduraIbility oftheVehicle· Then the traditional methods ofperfo咖ance analysis on body structure mamly contain staticstrength analysis andreliability structure design whlch 1s based on staticstrength tends tomake me fatigue lifeof the structure infinite·At the same time,the reliability testhaslonger cycle,high cost and isdifficult toquickly identify thefatigueperformance ,the Virtual durability test technology willprovide afastand forthe eValuation and design of thebody structure fatigue .
