摘要:随着全球生态危机的出现,我国的生态环境也遭到了灾难般的破坏。片面强调GDP增长,消耗大量资源、大量排污的‘恶’的发展模式,使经济与环境、生态处于不可调和的矛盾状态。我国先后提出了“环境保护”的基本国策、“可持续发展战略”、“科学发展观”,在此前提下,十七大明确将建设生态文明作为社会发展目标,表明了我国改变人与自然矛盾关系的决心。

Abstract: With the global ecological crisis, China's ecological environment has been damaged seriously. As early as the 19th century, when the ecological problems arose in the process of capitalist industrialization, Engels predicted in his work, Dialectics of Nature, that man should be alert to the natural retaliation. Since 1949, the improper development model, such as onesided emphasis on GDP growth, overconsumption of too much resources, draining of too much sewage etc. have made economy, environment, and ecology in a stat of irreconcilable contradictions. Therefore, China has put forward the basic national policy of environmental protection, the strategy of sustainable development and the theory of scientific outlook on development. On this premise, the construction of ecological civilization has been taken as the goal of social development, which shows our determination to change the relationship between human and nature.
