摘要:本文通过运用文献资料法、调查法、逻辑分析法等方法,对宿迁市篮球裁判队伍的现状进行调查和分析,发现宿迁市篮球裁判员的发展存在的问题,并充分借鉴和吸收国内外篮球裁判成长的成功经验,结合宿迁市的实际情况,提出一些促进宿迁市篮球裁判工作稳定、持续、健康发展的对策,以便于宿迁市篮球裁判员的发展。

Abstract: This paper utilizes the literature material law, investigation, logic analysis methods for the status quo of Suqian basketball referee investigated and analysis, found that the development of Suqian basketball referee, existing problems and fully absorb and absorbs the domestic and foreign essful experience of basketball referee growth, combining with the actual situation of Suqian, puts forward some Suqian basketball referee work to promote the stable and sustainable development of countermeasures, so that the development of suqian basketball referee.
