5 摘要:本文以中铁大厦空调新风系统为背景,开发了基于 PLC、HMI 和 GPRS 技术的远程
无线监控系统。介绍了该系统的总体结构,阐述了远程无线监控系统的硬件组成模块、工作
原理和接线图、HMI 监控界面的设计、HMI 与 GPRS 模块之间的通讯以及在 Labwindows
软件环境下开发远程数据传输程序。本系统通过 PLC 实现现场数据采集、HMI 实现数据实
时显示、GPRS 实现将数据远程传输。本文的设计为常用的工业测控系统提供了完整而有效

Abstract: In this paper, the remote wireless monitoring system based on PLC, HMI and GPRS
technology was developed, which is used in ZhongTie building. It describes the hardware modules,
20 their principle and how to collect them. Then it analyzed the design of HMI interface, the
communication protocol between HMI and GPRS and the development of remote monitoring system
by using system can acquirsite data by PLC then HMI will display it and GPRS
module will transfer the data to the remote devices. This paper provides effective solutions for
industrial control system

0 引言
可编程逻辑控制器 PLC 是专门为工业自动控制而设计的新型装置,它具有功能强、编
程简单、可靠性高、使用方便等优点,在现代工业自动控制中得到了广泛应用。但单独的
