摘要
在经济全球化、信息化不断发展的今天,人在管理中的地位和价值越来越
重要,群体间的合作也越发显示出生命力。因而中西人本管理思想的融合成为
现代管理思想发展的一种必然趋势。对中西方人本管理思想进行比较研究有助
于我们认识中西方人本管理思想发展演变的规律、发展状态和特点,评价中西
人本管理思想的优缺点和适应性,理清中西人本管理思想中重要概念之间的关
系,开发人本管理思想研究的新方向和新问题,对建立具有中国特色的人本管
理有一定的借鉴意义。
本文以中西方不同的历史、文化等背景为依据,对中西人本管理思想进行
比较研究,文章主要分为六个部分。第一部分,简要的介绍了本文研究的背景
与意义以及本文的基本思路和研究方法及创新之处,提出了本文的总体框架;
第二部分,对人本管理思想的相关概念,进行了界定和辨析;第三部分,主要
阐述了中西方人本管理思想的产生和发展,并对二者进行了比较;第四至六部
分,在第三部分的基础上,分别对中西人本管理思想的人性假设、总体特征以
及内容进行比较研究,在比较研究的基础上找到中西方人本管理思想的异同以
及造成异同的原因,研究和分析两者的差异及各自的优势,以期对现代管理实
践以及建立有中国特色管理理论的有一定的启示和借鉴意义。

Abstract
With the increasing development of economic globalization and informationization,the status
and the value of human are getting more and more important in management,between-group
cooperation also es more important and indicates the strong vital the fusion
of Chinese and Western humanistic thoughts is an inevitable trend of the development of modern
management study on Chinese and Western humanistic management
thoughts can help us to knew the evolutive laws and features and states of the development of
Chinese and Western humanistic management thoughts,evaluate the advantages,disadvantages and
adaptability of Chinese and Western humanistic thoughts,make clear the relationship between
concepts of Chinese and Western humanistic management thoughts,explore the new direction and
new question of humanistic management result is of certain reference value for
humanistic management thoughts with Chinese characteristic.
This thesis is mainly on parative study of humanistic management thoughts on the
basis of Chinese-West histories and culture are six parts in this first
