摘要:ZH1100齿轮室盖三面钻床的设计,主要是为了提高加工效率和质量,降低加工成本。根据被加工工件的特点以及加工工艺的要求,进行了总体设计。机床采用卧式单工位三面加工的方案,加工和装配的工艺性好,零件装夹方便。采用液压滑台实现***进给,借助导套引导***实现精度稳定的加工。选定了定位基准,确定了机床的配置形式以及工件的定位夹紧方案,选择了合适的切削用量、***及动力部件,绘制了“三图一卡”。在完成总体设计的基础上,绘制了后主轴箱设计的原始依据图,拟订了传动系统,确定了传动参数,设计了轴的结构,进行了齿轮、轴等相关零件的强度校核计算。本设计结构合理,为使组合机床能尽快投入生产应用,配置结构中充分使用了标准及通用部件。工艺性良好、方案可行、有实际使用价值。

Design of General and Behind Headstock of Modular Machine Tool
for drilling Gear Chamber cover of ZH1100 Diesel Engine
Abstract: In order to improve the working efficiency and product’s quality and make the machining cost lower, the three-side drilling machine for the ZH1100 gear chamber cover was designed. Based on the character and the process analysis of the workpiece, the several design system was made. The modular machine tool uses the horizontal-type single location three-side processing plan, the processing and assembly manufacturability is good, and it clamps conveniently. Using hydraulic sliding unit, with the aid of precisely leads the set of guidance cutting tool plete dispositional process. After the location datum being designated, the disposition of machine and the clamping system being was determined, the reasonable cutting data, the cutter and the power part being chosen. “Three plans and one card” were drawn up. The primitive basis charts of the behind-side spindle box were drawn, the transmission system and the parameter were drafted. Then, the structure of the axis was designed and the intensity checks of ponents of the gear, axis and so on were carried on .This machine can satisfy the requirement of high precision of the hole. Production efficiency and labor strength is improved by this process. The design is reasonable, for the unit built machine tool can be applied as soon as possible, have fully used the standard part and mon part in the structure. The craft is good, the scheme is feasible, and practical value.
