中文摘要

政治哲学是对政治现象发生、发展变化最一般规律的研究,是对政治学基本原理的追
问和论证。在政治学中,其核心的概念是政治权力,围绕政治权力,政治哲学追问的是:
政治权力的分配原则是什么?政治权利应该归属哪个阶级?政治权力分配是否合理的衡
量标准是什么? 亚里士多德是轴心时代西方著名的政治思想家,被公认为西方政治学的开
山鼻祖,研究其政治哲学尤其是优良城邦政体具有重要的理论价值和实践价值。
亚里士多德优良城邦政体思想的产生有其特定的时代背景和社会历史条件,古希腊城
邦的衰落及社会矛盾的尖锐化催生了亚里士多德的优良城邦政体思想。亚里士多德的政治
治哲学思想也是在继承和发展前人的政治思想基础上,以及基于对古希腊 158 个城邦政治
制度研究的基础之上,通过比较和鉴别而提出的理论,达到了古希腊思想家对政体问题认
识的高峰。
亚里士多德的优良城邦政体是以中庸为特色的;公正是亚里士多德优良城邦政体的核
心原则;共和政体是亚里士多德优良城邦政体的理想模式;中产阶级是亚里士多德优良城
邦政体的执政主体;法治是亚里士多德优良城邦政体的衡量标准;幸福至善是亚里士多德
建立优良城邦政体的主旨;德性行动是优良城邦政体实现的根本基础。
亚里士多德的优良城邦政体理论具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。不仅对资产阶级启
蒙运动之前、资产阶级启蒙运动及之后的政治哲学家的政体思想有重要影响而且对马克思
主义政治哲学也有重大影响。亚里士多德的优良城邦政体理论对当今中国的宪政建设有巨
大的启示意义:要重视公平正义原则、重视中产阶级的力量、重视法治与德治的作用、重
视公民参与政治。

---The study of Aristotle's Political Philosophy

Abstract

Political philosophy is a study about a basic principle which political phenomenon takes
place and changes and about basic principle of political political science,the important
concept is political power. Around the political power,asking is this: What is the principle of
distribution about political power? Which class can vest political rights? If it is reasonable, What
is the measure? Aristotle is the famous political thinker in Axial was recognized as the
Western Political Science's pedigree. It has important theoretical and practical values to study
Aristotle's political philosophy especially his good Polis Regime.
Aristotle's good Polis Regime thinking has its specific historical background and social
conditions, The decline of the ancient Greek Polis and sharpening of social conflicts gave birth to
Aristotle's good Polis Regime. The production of Aristotle's political philosophy is based on the
