摘要

区域经济的发展是构建我国经济增长的一部分。而相对发展起步晚,脚步慢
的民族地区经济发展状况,我们应该给予更多的关注。发展区域经济的关键在于
发展当地的中小企业,目前,我国各地中小企业不断发展壮大,已经成为对我国
经济发展和国民经济的重要贡献,民族地区也不例外。在推动经济和增加就业等
方面,中小企业更是起着举足轻重的作用。然而,中小企业所获得的金融资源与
其在国民经济和社会发展中的地位作用却是极不相称的,融资难问题已成为制约
中小企业发展的首要瓶颈,而在民族地区这个问题显得更为突出。由于政策及金
融体系等的原因,使得民族地区中小企业很难通过银行或资本市场满足其融资需
求。
具体而言,本文的主要研究内容如下:第一章提出选题的目的及意义,并对
本研究的内容作了简单介绍,以及综述了国内外学术界的相关研究成果;第二章
介绍西方国家如美日德中小企业融资模式及现状,再结合我国的情况得出经验借
鉴。第三章介绍我国不同地区中小企业融资的现状及特点,着重介绍了民族地区
的现状特点及存在的主要问题及原因。第四章提出对我国民族地区中小企业融资
的对策及建议。第五章总结论文的主要研究成果。
文章的主要结论为:企业提高自身整体素质,政府建立健全相关中小企业支
持的法律法规,完善和统筹金融市场以及信用担保体系,加大创业板等多层次的
资本市场与中小企业的和谐发展,是解决民族地区中小企业融资难的关键对策。

Abstract
Construction of the regional economic development is part of China's economic
growth. The relatively late development, the slow pace of national economic
development, we should give more attention. The key to the development of regional
economy development of local SMEs, at present, continuous growth of SMEs all over
the country, has e China's economic development and an important contribution
to the national economy, national region is no exception. In promoting economic and
employment terms, SMEs play a decisive role is. However, the SMEs access to
financial resources and its economic and social development in the status of the effect is
disproportionate, difficulty in financing has e the primary bottleneck restricting
the development of SMEs, and in the ethnic issue in the region es more
prominent . Such as policy and the reasons for the financial system, making it difficult
for SMEs to national regional banks or capital markets to meet their financing needs.
