1 加工中心刀库及换刀装置设计摘要随着科学技术的发展,从第一台数控机床成功的研制出来至今,基本上所有类型的机床都实现了自动化。从 1978 年以后,数控技术发展到一定的程度,加工中心为了满足市场的需要而产生,随着科学技术的快速发展。如今数控技术已经基本发展成熟,这在30 年来说,这也是一个不敢相信的奇迹,但是对于我国来讲,我国的加工中心发展的时间与西方发达国家相比还是相对比较落后。 C 刀库和换刀装置这两个方面来进行重点说明,以研究应用带刀库的的自动换刀装置为主。主要是研究设计 JCS-018A 立式加工中心盘式刀库的结构,其中应用 UG三维技术完成 3D实体建模,这样子在设计的过程中能够更加充分的了解加工中心刀库及换刀装置的结构和原理。虽然盘式刀库的刀具数目相对来说较少,但是它的换刀时间短,精度高。关键词盘式刀库;刀具;机械手换刀 2 Abstract With development of the science and the technology.
